Bogenn HDPE80 Natural Gas Pipes are produced within Ø20 – 630 mm range with the specifications given below.
 
 
Bogenn HDPE80 Natural Gas Pipes are produced within Ø20 – 125 mm range as tube coil and length pipes, and the production range for length pipes is Ø140 – 630 mm. Special requests of the customers are taken into account.
 
COLOR
 
Bogenn HDPE80 Natural Gas Pipes are manufactured in yellow colour. Special requests of the customers are taken into account.
 
AREAS OF USAGE
 
HDPE80 Natural Gas pipes are used in underground natural gas distribution lines. 
 
CONNECTION METHOD 
 
Bogenn HDPE80 Natural Gas Pipes can be connected with butt-welding and electro-fusion welding methods in accordance with the standards and applicable legislations. 
 
IMPORTANT POINTS
 
Criteria and applicable national legislations specified below must be complied with in the transportation, storage and installation of Bogenn HDPE80 Natural Gas Pipes.
 
Bogenn HDPE80 Natural Gas Pipes must not be subject to any impacts during transportation, storage and installation. Pipes must not be carried by dragging. Pipes which are damaged for any reason must be discarded and must not be used. 
 
- Directives of our company and applicable standards must be taken into account for the implementation of the method preferred for the connection of the pipes. 
 
After the installation procedures are completed, the piping systems must be subject to pressure test and results of the test must be recorded.
